Campaign Conditions

• This Campaign is organized by Enki Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. with the permission of the National Lottery Administration (Milli Piyango) numbered E-58259698-255.01.02-41694.
• With this Campaign, 1 Apple iPhone 14 128 GB (Color: Space Gray) will be given.
• Participation in the campaign is limited to 1 drawing right.
• The campaign will start on 15.08.2023 at 00.00 and end on 31.12.2023 at 23.59, and individual customers (Foreign Nationals) who purchase a foreign health insurance policy for residence through our company's website https://www.e-ikametsigorta.com (free of charge) throughout Turkey between the campaign dates will be entitled to 1 lottery right.
• In order to participate in the campaign, the policy must be active as of 08.01.2024.
• Policies canceled before 08.01.2024 23:59 are not eligible for the lottery. They will not be included in the lottery.
• Winners (Main and Spare) will be determined as 1 main and 1 spare as a result of the 1 Apple Iphone 14 128 GB lottery, which will be held on 12.01.2024 at 14.00 (Prize: 1 Apple Iphone 14 128 GB) at Enki Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. Nispetiye Mah. Gazi Güçnar Sok. No:4 Kat:4 Giriş Kat:9 Toplantı Odası Office İstanbul, Beşiktaş/İSTANBUL.
• Our campaign is organized exclusively for individual (foreign) customers who purchase a foreign health insurance policy.
• The policyholder/insured (foreign national insured) will benefit from our campaign. For contracts where the insured and the payer (insurer) are different persons, the right to draw is given to the insured.
• If any of the policy number, name, surname and GSM number information is missing, there will be no right to participate in the lottery.
• The accuracy, sufficiency and proof of the information provided in the participation is the responsibility of the participant.
• If the address information of the main winner and the spare winner is missing or unknown, the announcement made in the newspaper is deemed sufficient for notification.
• Employees of Enki Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. and those under the age of 18 cannot participate in this lottery, and even if they have participated and won, their prices cannot be given.
• Taxes and other legal obligations (other than taxes such as VAT and ÖTV in the Apple iPhone 14 128 GB price) subject to the lottery are paid by the winners.
• Product images are representative and may differ from the actual product.
• The winner and the spare winner will be announced in the Akşam Newspaper dated 14/01/2024.
• Winners who do not apply and do not submit the required documents in full will not receive their lottery prizes.
• The main winners will be entitled to receive their prizes until 29.01.2024 at the latest, and the spare winners until 13.02.2024 at the latest, if they personally apply to the above-mentioned address with notarized copies of their identity and contact information and submit the requested documents in full.
• Enki Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. is not responsible for any delays caused by the winners.
• The lottery and prize scenarios are not affiliated with Apple Inc. and its brands.
• The earned right is non-transferable and non-cashable
• Foreign nationals residing in Turkey are required to present a valid residence permit in case they win the lottery.
• Everyone who participates in this lottery is deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions.
